18. toukokuuta everuus hiljenee ja toinen vuotuinen Finfest alkaa!

Finfest on positiivinen EvE:n pelaajien ja muiden vuotuinen kokoontuminen. Tapahtumapaikkana toimii M/S Baltic Princess ja tapahtuma alkaa 18. toukokuuta Turun satamasta. Perjantaina nautitaan illalista ja pidetään hauskaa. Seuraavana iltapäivänä kokoonnutaan kokoustilaan kuuntelemaan vieraiden ja CCP:n edustajien pitämiä esityksiä. Lauantai illasta ollaan takaisin Turussa. Tarkempi aikataulu julkaistaan lähempänä tapahtumaa, mutta se on varmasti yhtä päheä kuin viimeksi!

Mukaan pääsee huokeaan 95e hintaan joka sisältää laivamatkan, ilta-buffetin ja konferenssin. Aikaisin maksajille on luvassa Finfest Fleet Ops Survival pack ja ensimmäisille Deluxe versio!

Siispä, rekisteröidy alla ja maksa osallistumismaksu EVE FINFEST RY:m tilille FI 56 4108 0010 4535 49. Laitathan maksu viestiksi oman nimesi tai niiden, jotka maksat. Suoritettu maksu vahvistaa rekisteröitymisen ja siitä lähetetään ilmoitus. Maksun eräpäivä on viikko ilmoittautumisestasi tai 15.4., mikäli se on aikaisemmin. Mikäli maksua ei pariin viikkoon kuulu, niin rekisteröitymisesi perutaan.

Viimeiset pari paikkaa hytissä vielä vapaana!
Voit ilmota Ke 16.5. asti, kunhan paikat ovat vielä vapaana.
Eräpäivä on heti. Maksulla vahvistat ilmottautumisesi.

Maksu kattaa seuraavat asiat:

• Risteily Turku-Tukholma-Turku.
• Majoitus 4 hengen hyteissä (B luokka). Voit lisätä lomakkeeseen hyttikaveritoiveesi. Toteutamme toiveet niin hyvin kuin voimme.
  Jos haluat oman hytin tai paremmasta luokasta (lisämaksusta), niin ole yhteydessä meihin asian järjestämiseksi.
• Buffet illallinen viini ja olut hanan kera perjantai iltana.
• Konfferenssitilan käyttömaksun lauantailta.

Laivayhtiö tarvitsee meiltä kaikkien syntymäajat. Osallistuaksesi tapahtumaan, sinun tulee olla vähintään 18 vuotias. Ilmoitathan syntymäaikasi muodossa päivä.kuukausi.vuosi tai YYYY-MM-DD.

Welcome to the 2nd annual Finfest or Finns on the boat.

This is a EvE live player meet with the positive twist. We will depart on the boat from Turku to Stockholm Friday 18th on May 2018. We will have a nice dinner and party on the boat. There will be presentations from players and guest including devs from CCP on the following afternoon. The boat will arrive back to Turku on Saturday evening. The schedule will be announced on a later date, but rest assured that the program will be awesome like last year!

So, sign up by filling the form below and pay participant fee of 95€ to the EvE Finfest RY’s bank account IBAN: FI 56 4108 0010 4535 49 (BIC: ITELFIHH). Add your name or names of persons your fee is covering to the message field. Your registration is confirmed once we receive the payment. Consider payment due date to be one week from signing or 15th of April if that comes first. If there is no payment within few weeks, your registration will be cancelled.

You can register until May 16th, as long as slots are still available.
Payment is due immideately. It will also confirm your registration.

The fee includes:

• Cruise Turku-Stockholm-Turku.
• Accomodation in 4 person cabins (B class). You can add cabin friend requests in the form and we will fill them as best as we can.
  If you want private or better cabin (with extra cost, of course), then be in contact with us.
• Party Dinner with Wine and Beer included at Friday evening.
• Use of business center on Saturday for the talks and presentations.

Shipping company needs everyone’s date of birth. To participate to Finfest you must be 18 or older. Please use format YYYY-MM-DD or DD.MM.YYYY in the form.
